The studio format company.
A studio is two businesses: the one in the room, and the one behind it. Our partners run the room. We run everything behind it, and license it as a complete format on a flat monthly fee.

What a licence contains
You run the room. We run the business behind it.
Serving the customer in front of you is one job. Keeping the room full, keeping the paperwork straight, keeping the place looking like itself and keeping the numbers readable are the rest - and that is where an independent studio usually loses. They come with the licence, in every format we build.
The market, read first
Before anything is signed, an address is read: the catchment, who is already competing for the same monthly budget, and what the district actually spends. It ends in a business plan a bank can read, built from the partner's own rent, prices and hours.
The advertising
New creative and copy for that partner's own catchment, arriving in their own advertising account on their own card. Every line is checked against the advertising law of the market it runs in before it reaches them.
The studio's own material
Window posters, flyers, price cards and everything else with an address on it, produced in that studio's name and ready for the printer. Nobody has to hire a designer to open.
Somebody to ask, at any hour
Every format has an expert on call for the operating questions - the standard, the qualification route, the rules that hold the format together, what a week actually looks like. Answers when the question comes up, not when an office opens.
The territory
One studio of that brand per catchment, drawn by drive time rather than a radius on a map, and held for as long as the licence runs. It is written into the agreement, not promised in a conversation.
The equipment answer
Which machine, from which maker, at what price, approved and kept current as an equipment list per format. Partners buy or lease direct, on one network price list that is published and identical for everyone on it.
The brands
One company, several faces.
Every brand we build runs under its own name, with its own product, its own design and its own market. Behind them sits one team and one platform.
Coached strength training in twenty-minute sessions, always with a qualified trainer - run as a small studio of its own or as a corner of a venue that already trades. The brand, the licence and the partner portal are open; the first studios open in 2027.
Massage studios built around a precision robotic system, operated as licensed studios under the Sestala brand. The format and the machine standard are written; the licence opens once the format is finished.
How we build
The format is the product.
You take over a working system
Opening a studio means making every decision yourself, in sequence, while the rent runs: which machine, from which supplier, in how much space, at what price, under what name. We make those once and every partner opens on top of them. You are signing for the result of that work, not for a brief to go and do it.
Small unit, small team
The format is built for a small unit on an ordinary high street and a team you can count on one hand. That is a constraint we designed to, not a compromise we accepted. Small means a rent you can carry, a fit-out that finishes, and a cost base you can read before you commit.
We own the brand, you run the studio
We are not consultants and we do not take client work. We build brands, we own them, and we license the finished format to operators who run it locally. We depend on studios that keep running, not on projects that end.
Who you deal with
Everything a licence needs, in house.
Format design, brand, marketing, engineering and studio operations sit inside Leon & Vera rather than with agencies. That is why a partner gets a market read, a set of adverts and an answer to an operating question from the same place, and why nothing waits on a supplier's queue. You talk to the people who own the outcome, and decisions happen in days.
